Absolutely! It has been analyzed, tested and is FDA approved.
Q: Do I need to poke holes in the wrap?
No.
The SavorSeal™ wrap is extremely
porous itself, and tiny holes are poked in it during the wrapping
process. It is designed to hold in the steam to cook the PotatOH!™ faster
and just right!
Q: How should I store the PotatOH!™?
Like
any other potato, in a cool (42-48º) dark place. (See

Q: Does the PotatOH!™ have the same shelf life
as a regular potato?
Yes. The SavorSeal™ wrap is
oxygen permeable so that it does not affect the shelf life.
